CONTRACT STRUCTURE:

Subscription Base

Pre-purchased block of labor hours for recurring & on-demand work. Monthly recurring charge.

Hourly Overage

Additional hours beyond subscription billed at same effective rate or +10% surge.

PWO (Project Work Order)

Multi-day or permit-required work (GC license). Quoted T&M or fixed price with NTE.

Service Levels

 Lite = 48 hrs • Standard = 24 hrs • Plus = <24 hrs (emergency/safety)
 Trip minimum: 2 hours.
 Materials billed at cost + 20% markup.

Payment Terms

  • Auto-draft monthly ACH (1st of month)
  • Add-ons: Net 10 days
  • PWOs: 50% deposit / progress draw / balance at completion
  • Late fee: 3%/month
